I can help you with
Anxiety and Depression
Problems with worrying, feeling tense, feeling sad, feeling anxious, low self-esteem, low energy, fatigue, and/or just generally feeling “down”. Behavioural and psychodynamic therapy can help.
Trauma and complexity
Trauma leaves marks like dreams or memories about things that have happened, having to avoid reminders, and always feeling on guard. It sometimes comes with difficulty managing feelings, low self-esteem, and distant relationships. Behavioural or psychodynamic therapy can help.
Relationships
Problems expressing anger (e.g., saying no) or problems managing anger (e.g., aggression). Problems letting go of relationships (e.g., hard to let go), or problems holding on to relationships (e.g., hard to stay in). Behaviour or psychodynamic therapy can help.
Transitions
Family changes (e.g., breakups, divorce, children moving out, moving out on your own), work-related changes (e.g., getting or losing a position, corporate changes), or other changes such as health status. Behaviour or psychodynamic therapy can help.
Effective coping
Gain skills to manage your emotions and relationships more effectively, gain more awareness of yourself and your situations.
Shame or guilt
Feeling like you’re always “wrong”, worrying whether you are worthy (of love, of recognition), feeling alone even when around others. Psychodynamic therapy can help.

About me
Personalized approaches for individual needs
After completing my doctorate, I kept studying different treatment approaches. I can provide evidence-based care with depth and connection from a variety of treatments. I have found the relationship between therapist and client to be the most important part of therapy. To that end, I’ve focused my training on treatment models that emphasize relatedness. My goal is to provide a safe place to explore and make change.
